Federal Court Issues Restraining Order to Protect Local Family from Racist Threats
SAN ANTONIO -- Federal judge Xavier Rodriguez granted the motion filed by the Texas Civil Rights Project (TCRP) for a temporary restraining order against Daniel Eldridge and protecting the Risenmay family and their children from his violent discrimination after a hearing in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division. The Texas Civil Rights Project (TCRP) in early September filed a motion for a restraining order and a civil rights lawsuit in federal court in San Antonio against Daniel Eldridge and the Flying R Ranch Property Owners’ Association (POA).
