Join TCRP in using legal advocacy to empower Texas communities and create policy change!

Our law clerks are a critical part of the TCRP family. Law clerks assist our attorneys with every aspect of our work, from investigating potential cases, crafting strategic advocacy plans and preparing complaints to assisting with discovery, briefing dispositive motions and trying cases in federal and state court.

Past law clerks have come from schools all over the country and constitute an impressive alumni network. Our law clerks enjoy significant responsibility and routinely report high levels of satisfaction. We accept clerks during the school year as well as for the summer.

“With the guidance of the topnotch attorneys at TCRP, I have gained invaluable litigation experience that I will carry with me for the rest of my legal career.” Iya Tan, Fall 2015
“It has been a true honor to have been entrusted with significant, impactful legal work involving a wide array of social issues including mysterious prison deaths, highly suspect governmental hiring practices, and refugee families imprisoned like criminals en masse.” Roger Topham, Fall 2015
